BSOD after disconnecting CISCO VPN 0x000000C2: BAD_POOL_CALLER
The BSOD refers to an error message that M$ sort of addresses in Q278945, referring to VPN firewalls. My question, anyone familiar with similar problems related to ZoneAlarm? This just started happening when I moved up to the latest revision of ZA. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

One bad patch, SP application, hotfix, etc... could BSOD your 2k box and you'd be down until it was rebuilt. For the PIX, the OS is in Flash and that can be erased if necessary from the console interface. There's one file to run the whole PIX and that file is totally controlled by Cisco.

VPN client was able to connect with no problem. Other VPN clients can still connect with no problem. This one VPN client that WAS working is now causing a BSOD whenever they try to connect. I had this problem once before and fixed it by un-installed VPN adapter on client and re-installing, but the problem is back.
